Buggy Workout

The Pushy Mothers Buggy Fitness class offers an effective, safe and specific one-hour exercise class with no childcare concerns – you bring your baby in your buggy!


Formulated with the blessing of The Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Instructors and with a training course accredited by The Royal College of Midwives, our unique Pushy Mothers Buggy Fitness Class will:

• Burn off the excess “baby fat” with lots of cardio pushing intervals

• Tighten and tone your muscles with resistance training

• Improve core stability for a healthier back and flatter abs

• Condition your pelvic floor so you can sneeze with ease!

Join Pushy Mothers and you will receive a special joining pack which includes:

You can attend your first class for just £4-8. If you like it (and you will!) the joining fee is only £20 and further classes are £4-8, bookable in advance (minimum 4 sessions). Class numbers are limited to 16 to ensure that we can always offer the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
